Support Staff may purchase a plain chef coat.

1)Add item to cart.

2)Add Support Staff in the PO notes.

3) Use your LPM email and choose a ship to location. These may ship to a home address. 

4) Choose payment by CHECK/NET TERMS to allow you to submit your order. This will allow us to bill LPMHCI for the order. We will send LPM a bill.
