Welcome to the Critical Care Respiratory Therapy ordering page. 

Below is a list of fleece jackets that can be ordered with the CCRT logo. You can opt to add your name to each, please select name embroidery as it will add the personalization of $4 to the price.  Logo will be embroidered to left chest in red/white on dark items and red/black on lighter garments. Please be sure to include your name in the embroidery box as you want it embroidered to your item. 

All sales are final. Size guides are listed for each product in the collection. 

Orders have special shipping of $2 per order so we can ship in bulk to Jessica for distribution. She will set an order by date so we can bulk these together. Any orders after the date might be subject to standard shipping of $9.25 to your home. 

Deadline for ordering 10/25/2021 for bulk processing.
